Find out information about the client’s child by asking a series of questions;
Choose the best educational program for a child and present it on a phone call or on a Zoom meeting using presentation;
Maintain communication with the client at all stages of the collaboration: from first call to getting payment and transferring lead to Support Department;
Make notes on all information about clients and children and their messages in a simple CRM system;
And sell a lot, of course :-)
Requirements:
Knowledge of basic sales techniques and ability to use them (e.g. AIDA, SPIN);
Excellent literacy in Spanish language;
Excellent communication skills and desire to provide service, a smile in the voice;
Ability to listen, hear and understand the client and his needs;
Ability to work with objections;
Computer or laptop with high speed internet, room with no background noise;
Average computer use;
Minimum proficiency in Google Spreadsheets / Excel, Google Docs / Word;
Good if you have experience with amoCRM and telephony use;
Willingness to quickly dive into the product, proactivity;
Desire to grow and develop as a specialist.
