Your main tasks be:
- Posting vacancies at job sites, search for candidates and work with job applications;
- Actively use sourcing tools;
- Scheduling job interviews and assist in the interview process organization;
- Research, choose and advise vacancies’ promotion channels;
- Participation in various HR projects;
- Support recruitment process up to hiring.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience of at least 6 months in the HR or as a researcher is appreciated;
- Knowledge of job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, Haukri, Headhunter, etc.;
- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools;
- Ability to screen profiles quickly and identify fits;
- Fluent English both written and spoken is a must;
- Readiness for remote work: a quiet workspace with high-speed internet and a powerful PC;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proactive, positive and open-minded thinking driven by startup’s culture;
- Responsible and self-motivated.
