Your main tasks be:
- Active search and selection of personnel for the group of companies;
- Posting vacancies on Russian and foreign HR resources;
- Processing responses, maintaining a database of candidates;
- Conducting initial interviews, analysis of candidates;
- Active interaction with heads of departments;
Requirements:
- You have at least 1 year experience in regional recruitment;
- Ability to use various search sources;
- Ready for learning and development;
- You know English at a spoken and written level.
