Partnership Manager / Affiliate manager (Indian market)

Your main tasks be:
  • Development of the existing partner network;
  • Preparation and conduct of presentations of our products for partners;
  • Interaction with Sales, Marketing and Technical support teams;
  • Organizing participation in our partner online and offline exhibitions and conferences;
  • Obtaining affiliate leads;
  • Participation in marketing researches;
  • Always-on experimenting with audience insights/product positioning and messages;
  • Develop and maintain business partnerships with agents, client introducers and clients;
  • Support and present the company at B2C/B2B marketing events (public speaking);
  • Travel to conferences and business meetings where required;
  • Develop the country, territory or region assigned to, including but not limited to converting leads into clients and acquiring and establishing business relationships with new and existing partners;
  • Maintain a high level of service, communicate on daily basis with existing partners and prospects to understand their evolving business needs;
  • Lead generation increase from business partners;
  • Increase the number of sales coming through partners.
Requirements:
  • High level of English;
  • Work experience in large companies;
  • Well-packaged social media (LinkedIn is a priority);
  • Experience in the Indian market in the direction of partnerships, local knowledge;
  • Business communication skills;
  • Proactive and strategic thinking;
  • Ed-tech niche experience;
  • Experience as a Partnership or Account Manager;
  • You understand the mechanics of affiliate marketing and know how to offer the most relevant win-win schemes;
  • You have a warm base of marketing contacts and know how to prioritize projects;
  • Think systematically and know how to structure data, predict campaign results and calculate conversions, CAC, ROI and other metrics;
  • Recognize the importance of deadlines and know how to meet them;
  • Attentive to detail and self-propelled.
