Head of Sales Team | Indian market
Full Time • Remote
Your main tasks be:
Building Sales department: development of current employees, hiring new ones, training, control, support, motivation;
Organization, management and development of the team;
Sales statistics and analysis: creating and maintaining information database;
Achieving sales targets, outcomes and other KPIs;
Forecasting and budgeting;
Market research and analytics;
Building relationships between the Sales department and other departments;
Participation in marketing events such as webinars & coordination of sales efforts with marketing programs.
Relevant Sales experience:
at least 5-7 years
Relevant experience within EdTech sphere in India
Experience in managing a team of
at least 5 people;
(both written and spoken is a must);
Project management skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Proactive, positive and open-minded thinking driven by startup’s culture;
Responsible and self-motivated.
