Head of Sales Team | Indian market
Full Time • Remote
Your main tasks be:
  • Building Sales department: development of current employees, hiring new ones, training, control, support, motivation;
  • Organization, management and development of the team;
  • Sales statistics and analysis: creating and maintaining information database;
  • Achieving sales targets, outcomes and other KPIs;
  • Forecasting and budgeting;
  • Market research and analytics;
  • Building relationships between the Sales department and other departments;
  • Participation in marketing events such as webinars & coordination of sales efforts with marketing programs.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Sales experience: at least 5-7 years;
  • Relevant experience within EdTech sphere in India is appreciated;
  • Experience in managing a team of at least 5 people;
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken is a must);
  • Project management skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proactive, positive and open-minded thinking driven by startup’s culture;
  • Responsible and self-motivated.
