We do not work for strong hierarchy: Project Manager — Designer. It is about endless horizontal interaction, with SMM specialist, with PR specialist, with Marketer, with Manager of Communications, and so on.
What you will do:
- Design content for advertising channels and social media — Instagram, Facebook, Youtube
- Produce and edit videos, based on team’s and your own ideas
- Сooperate actively with copywriters and marketers to work in a super-aligned way and seek effective decisions considering the context
- Design digital brochures, lead magnets and useful materials
- Shape and develop content architecture
- Research the content and its delivery channels
You’ll be a great fit if you
- Fluent English speaker in business communication, B2++
- Proficient in graphics editors as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Have at least 1 year of experience in start-up in similar role
- Have 3+ years of experience in digital / graphic design
- Aware of trends in digital-design
- Able to edit both long and short videos for TikTok/ Instagram reels
- Experienced in design researching and making up of mood boards
Will be a great advantage if you
- Proficient in Adobe PS, AI, AE
- Able to edit in Adobe Premiere
