Researcher for international project
Your main tasks be:

Participating in the recruitment process:
  • Posting vacancies at job sites, search for candidates and work with job applications;
  • Actively use sourcing tools;
  • Scheduling job interviews and assist in the interview process organization;
  • Research, choose and advise vacancies’ promotion channels;
  • Participation in various HR projects;
  • Support recruitment process up to hiring.
Requirements:

  • Relevant experience of at least 6 months in the HR or as a researcher is appreciated;
  • Knowledge of job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, Haukri, Headhunter, etc.;
  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools;
  • Ability to screen profiles quickly and identify fits;
  • Fluent English both written and spoken is a must;
  • Readiness for remote work: a quiet workspace with high-speed internet and a powerful PC;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proactive, positive and open-minded thinking driven by startup’s culture;
  • Responsible and self-motivated.
